Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

For standard, non-personalised books purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please email marie@perimayhem.com within this period if you wish to cancel. Returned books should be handled only to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect them. We may make a deduction from the refund where handling beyond this has reduced the value of the book.

Copies that have been personalised to your request — for example, signed to a named person or with a requested personal message — cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a book is faulty, damaged or not as described.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact marie@perimayhem.com with your order number and, where possible, a photograph of the issue.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning a non-personalised book.
